Sculpt Pilates
Sculpt Pilates builds on the foundational elements of our Mat Pilates classes with the addition of weights and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to improve physical strength, cardiovascular fitness, weight loss, stress reduction, concentration and tone your body.
What to expect:
Our Sculpt Pilates classes are generally performed on the floor and are more dynamic than our Mat Pilates classes with an emphasis on building tone, flexibilty and core strength using 1kg or 2 kg hand weights to add to the resistance.
Props such as chi balls, magic circles, elastic bands and rollers are also sometimes used to enhance the practice.
