Meditation is a practice of mindfulness that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques.

Meditation has been around for thousands of years. Early meditation was meant to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life and is practiced in numerous religious traditions with the earliest records of meditation (dhyana) are found in the Upanishads

These days, meditation is most often used to relax and lower stress.

What to expect:

A relaxing and informative class which focuses on a weekly topic where we integrate breathwork/meditation, open discussion and the learning of new tools and techniques.

    • Those wanting to apply the practice of mindfulness to areas of life such as nature, gratitude, loving and kindness, compassion, family relationships, financial beliefs, grieving (end of marriage, career, friendship/loss of friends, family members and pets etc), forgiving, letting go, birth, death, ancestry and more.
