COUNSELLING
Counselling is a form of talk-based therapy to help people who have personal concerns such as relationship issues, grief, substance abuse or anxiety.
Our professional Counsellors are skilled at assisting you to solve problems and develop problem-solving skills by helping you clarify issues and explore your options in resolving personal or psychological problems in a safe, private and confidental environment.
They are not doctors and do not prescribe medication.
Treatment is usually short-term and for a specific problem.
Appointments can be made directly without a referral.
